Weekly Update 15th March
Okay guys let's give this a try. Just comment something on the following points, you don't need to answer everything but it would be nice to hear from you for this community. - How is your physical well-being (Healthy, sick, injured, fit) - New PR's of the recent week (Like New push-up record or even something insignificant like one pull-up more than last week although it's not a PR) - Skills one has been training on and the most significant progress. - And of course questions about skills/training you have encountered throughout the week if there are any - Anything else you want to say about Calesthenics (optional ofc)

So I'll start with myself as an example. - In the last week I finally recovered from a minor muscle injury and was able to training again, but didn't go to 100% yet - In numbers I improved with my pistol squats maximum in a row (28 on my strobger left leg, 16 on my right leg) and was able to get to 14 Chin-Ups again - nothing too significant but a good start - For skills I trained some Human Flag and Muscle-Up - unfortunally lost some progress oder the last weeks I'm looking forward to hear from you as well

I would say right now I'm still recovering from a little injury I got after my first Human Flag try with 90 degree. It was a really good try but a little too much for the muscles AT the side of my chest. So right now my goal is ti relearn Human Flag and Muscle-Up. Until the end of the year I also want to achieve the back lever, a stable handstand and an advanced tuck planche

Thanks man, I wish you a good recovery as well
Community engagement here?
Hey brothers, I have been active in this community recently but know it has been quiet and our brother @Lucas Morales has not been signing into Skool for a long time now. I want to ask who is active and what do you think the plans for this community are? I know some of you are in my young men's community and would like to become active here again. What can we do to get this community active again? If you are active here and hope it continues to grow, vote below.

I'm not posting very often but still am active in signing in and my suggestion would be to make some sort of update on our form now and then. Like for example at the end of every week one makes a post under which everyone who is active could talk about the following points: - How is your physical well-being (Healthy, sick, injured, fit) - New PR's of the recent week (Like New push-up record or even something insignificant like one pull-up more than last week although it's not a PR) - Skills one has been training on and the most significant progress. - And of course questions about skills/training you have encountered throughout the week if there are any - Anything else you want to say about Calesthenics (optional ofc) Please let me know what you think about this suggestion and if you'd be willing to participate. If we're enough then we can turn it into reality
Progressions for skills
So I want to train for skills but front lever and planche is too hard. I was thinking about the muscle up and the bent arm planche but I dont know any progressions any help is appreciated.

For muscle up I can recommend explosive and high pull-ups, weighted pull-ups, negative muscle-ups and if you have rings muscle-up with your feet standing on the ground. For bent arm planche first get a perfect form in frog stand and elbow lever, then try to make progressions such as one leg bent arm planche or a straddle. Pseudo Push-Ups might also be helpful
What has been your biggest achievement in 2025 so far?
We are getting close to the end of the year and SOOO much has happened. But I want to hear from YOU: What was your biggest win with your body this year? Did you lose fat? Build muscle? Stay consistent for the first time in your life? And now looking ahead… What’s the ONE thing you want to do better in 2026? More discipline? Better routine? Stronger habits? I would love to know what your take for 2026. 🔥

@Lucas Torres Keep your head up, one day you might have the chance. I don't know about your plans but for me I was able to join a group because I moved away from my parents to study at university. Before that I also didn't have a group. So if you move to a new city one day look for that
