First off Thank you Juan, this question is a great question and it's why this post exists at all!

1️⃣ One job per step.

🧑‍🍳 Open any recipe and you see it: gather, mix, bake, frost. Each step does ONE thing. You didn't make the steps smarter. You made small focused steps and put them in order.

2️⃣ Shared standards.

🔥 Every recipe uses the same oven, the same brand, the same quality bar. You don't rewrite those for each one. You put them in ONE shared spot every workspace reads from: your config, your rules, your standards. And the purely mechanical bits, like "preheat to 350," don't even need the AI. That's a plain script. Set the standards once. Every recipe inherits them.

3️⃣ The manager.

📋 Remember the candle gate from last post? Where I said I'd be the human gate so the AI doesn't play with matches?

🕯️ At a bakery, that's your manager walking the floor. The gate doesn't disappear when you grow. It just picks up a clipboard. You're still the human checking the handoffs. There's just more floor to walk.
