1st Workflow Created: Enterprise Communications Creator

What was created: My second week on this platform and I was able to create ICM workflow that produces draft communication emails about services and new IT producs the OCIO offers.

Scope of Communication: The audience is over 12k.

Tools: Claude Code and ICM framework, and pre approved communication templates, SharePoint folders.

Outcome: Showed my boss the outcomes and he was impressed. All he had to do was input the trigger " Write Comm" and the workflow produced a 508 compliant assesable draft communication from the pre approved communicationtemplates. Next Tuesday speaking to my boss leadership about use cases!
