What Can We Build Together?
Over the past few days, I’ve had some fascinating conversations here in this community, including a private chat with @Bryson Bossley . Those conversations got me thinking. And last night, I couldn’t stop thinking. One thought led to another. Ideas connected. Questions became bigger. And somehow, I ended up writing a speech and turning it into a video. So please, WATCH THE VIDEO FIRST. And if you recognize yourself in what I’m saying, if something in that message resonates with you… Come back and read this. ——— What Can We Build Together? 50,000 minds. Thousands of skills. Countless ideas. And yet… most of us are still trying to succeed alone. Think about that for a moment. What if the greatest opportunity in this community isn’t the next AI tool, another course, or another business? What if it’s the person reading this right now? Someone here might have exactly the knowledge you’re missing. Someone else might need exactly what you already know. And the strange thing is… Neither of you even knows the other exists. Isn’t that a tremendous waste of potential? I made this video because I believe we’re overlooking something extraordinary. It’s not another tutorial. It’s not a sales pitch. It’s a question we should all be asking ourselves. What could we achieve if we stopped trying to do everything alone and started combining what we’re already good at? Maybe we don’t need another thousand ideas. Maybe we need to connect the people who can bring them to life. And maybe it starts right here. Not with another complicated system. Not with another promise of success. But with people discovering each other. So let me ask you three simple questions. 1. What are you genuinely good at? 2. What do you need help with? 3. What would you build with others? Don’t overthink your answers. You don’t need to impress anyone. You don’t need to sell yourself. Just be yourself. Because somewhere among the people reading this, someone might have exactly the missing piece you’ve been searching for.

1. What are you genuinely good at? Understanding actual workflows/processes on paper or manually and using tools digitize the process. 2. What do you need help with? What processes should be automated that can drive real value in a company. Also understanding the IT technical concepts. 3. What would you build with others? Anything that can build value and help me provide for my family. Love this by the way!!! the resources are already here like you said. Connect and get to work

@Pascal Pollack Great Question! The first process I would map is the document creation for ATO for process. Here is why, we have to hire an office within our own office for ISSO services. Majority of the service is documents creation Privacy Impact Assessment, Control Acess Docs and so on. The information lives within a source document the vendor provides. At current pace the ATO process takes about 6 to 7 months. Lets see if we can cut time atleast on the document creation process. Thanks for the question. I think i have myself another office win if I apply the ICM to the document creation for the ATO process
1st Workflow Created: Enterprise Communications Creator
What was created: My second week on this platform and I was able to create ICM workflow that produces draft communication emails about services and new IT producs the OCIO offers. Scope of Communication: The audience is over 12k. Tools: Claude Code and ICM framework, and pre approved communication templates, SharePoint folders. Outcome: Showed my boss the outcomes and he was impressed. All he had to do was input the trigger " Write Comm" and the workflow produced a 508 compliant assesable draft communication from the pre approved communicationtemplates. Next Tuesday speaking to my boss leadership about use cases! Thank you to this community!

@Jake Van Clief I think I figured out enterprise scale and did not even know it. If the ICM file structure sits where everyone can acess, the team that wants to use the app( file structure) they can copy what is already built into thier specific permission based SharePoint. I have already built MD file with instructions on how to connect the app to the user onedrive. Which in this case is a SP folder short cut to OneDrive which syncs to the SP. The Patawan is learning.
The Biggest Gift of Learning AI? Confidence.
One of the greatest benefits of learning AI isn’t just saving time or getting more done. It’s changing the way you approach challenges. Before, you might encounter something difficult and immediately think: “I don’t know how to do this.” But as you become more comfortable with AI, that thinking begins to shift. “I don’t know how to do this yet, but I can figure out how AI can help me.” Suddenly, unfamiliar tasks feel less intimidating. New ideas seem more achievable. Problems become opportunities to explore rather than obstacles to avoid. AI doesn’t have to replace your skills. It can give you the confidence to develop new ones. And that shift in mindset might be the most valuable return on AI education of all.

I agree with you 💯. Concepts that seemed far-fetched now you can get a high level understanding.
First Client: New Business Unlocked
A FEW WEEKS AGO... I posted that I had made a business, spun-off of one of my competition entries. Full disclosure, it's not exactly any of them (if you happen to go look). I just took what I had learned while building and applied it to a business strategy I wanted to try. And you know what!? I got a client. It's the first client I've gotten for another venture, outside of the main business I've been running. Considering I have spent 10's of thousands of dollars on other "tests," over the years, this was a HUGE win to actually make money from something. AND NOW I BUILD... Now I'm using ICM to automate the dumb stuff and enrich the good stuff. I'm constantly asking myself if what I'm building make sense, or if I'm falling into the trap that Jake talks about, where folks overbuild or build something that doesn't matter. I am pretty sure I'm doing it right because newer AI models won't affect what I've made, except to streamline the dumb stuff more... Anyway, I'm looking at the unit-economics of the business I'm building now, based off this one client that I'm trying to give the most amazing experience to, and I am blown away by the potential. It feels like it can't be real. I'm probably putting the cart before the house, so to speak, but I can't help to be optimistic looking at the numbers, of which, I will admit, I'm making a lot of assumptions about. SUCCESS LEAVES CLUES... I have been studying business for a long time now, to try to understand how riches are truly made beyond what the typical small-business owner does (average is like $50K a year or something). I feel I will lose my mind if it takes me 20 years to build wealth because I had tunnel vision and chose a very slow moving vehicle to get me there. And look, I know it's *all* hard, the grass is always greener, yadda yadda yadda (Seinfeld, anyone?), but it's still true that there ARE easier opportunities to make wealth. There just are. I've come back to this fact time and time again while searching for my next business model.... In simple business terms, if your CAC (cost to acquire a customer) is extremely low, 0, or even negative, and your LTGP (lifetime gross profit -- what the client pays you in total, for the entire duration they use your business) is high, then you're printing money. And if the profit margins are 80% or more? Then you're swimming in gold.

This is awesome. 2 weeks in and I created something that wowed my boss... looking to use those corporate wins to start my own business and your story is providing me ENERGY!!!!
Appreciation Post - Clief Notes Community 🙌💙
This was the first community I joined, and my first real go at AI beyond just talking to a chat window. I found it pretty much by chance, lurked for a few months, and High Tea 6 was my first call. I didn't realise at the time how much that would shape things. The picture I got here was a healthy one. Build the thing, watch how it actually behaves, be honest about the bits that don't work. I've spoken to enough people since who came in through paid courses to know that isn't the norm. Nobody here sold me a shortcut, and I got pretty lucky landing here first rather than somewhere else. Something happened recently that made me take a step back. I met someone at an open networking event who runs corporate training and is writing a textbook alongside it. What she needs is her course turned into per-module walkthrough videos - her own slides on screen, voiceover over the top, one video per module. I built it as ICM, because that's just how I build now. Numbered stage folders, one agent reading the right files at the right moment, markdown carrying the context, and local scripts doing all the mechanical work that never needed a model in the first place. Her voice cloned from a module she'd already recorded, the deck walked and exported as frames, one script and one audio file per slide. The durations of those audio files become the cue sheet that stitches the whole thing together, so there's no separate timing step to get wrong. One module's through it end to end. 21 slides, 21 scripts, 21 audio files, one finished MP4. And there's around ten hours of modules to put through the same pipeline. As an 18-year-old that's a really good opportunity, and it's going to generate me some serious income. I wouldn't have built any of it without what I picked up in here first, so thank you to everyone who's answered a question of mine along the way. Nothing's finished yet. I've still got a lot to come and plenty I haven't cracked. It just felt worth stopping on rather than quietly getting on with the next thing.

Seen Jake on Instagram while I was taking a Agentic AI Agents course through another company... finished that course and then came here... this course is by far more relatable and understandable. Its simply markdown files that anyone can read. Either way loving this community and im excited to see what knowledge it can bring.
