This might seem like an odd post, but resentment and unforgiveness can create a sub conscience stress and heaviness. When we are healing from mold, it is good to release as much stress as possible!
Spend a moment today considering if there is unforgiveness in your being. Where do you feel it? How is it binding you or weighing you down?
Do you need to forgive
- a landlord who wouldn’t help you
- A husband who didn’t believe you
- Your body for freakin’ out
- God for letting this happen
- Etc
Picture what this unforgiveness looks like. Use your imagination! Then picture handing it to God (or the Universe or perfect love- depending on your faith).
Leave your hands open for what God offers you in return. Accept it as a beautiful gift. Do this practice often!
