Hi Everyone, I am Heather Majors a business process advisor and M365 trainer. I have been doing this kind of work as a consultant for over 15 years. The goal of my community it to help business professionals, team leaders, and managers reduce the pain points of:

My team wastes hours each week figuring out tools
I am expected to use M365 apps but no one taught me how to use them
Create or optimize business processes such as document management and task management
Reduce the frustration of now knowing how to adopt the M365 tool to realize the time savings, thus the real ROI, more time to work in what really matters.

The way I plan on doing this is by making the concepts and knowledge I use as a consultant available in my Skool community. As an instructor I know that people will learn more and make progress faster in a collaborative environment.

I am trying to get people to post their comments, questions, and tip to share.

Then layer on process improvement lessons in a tool agnostic way. Learn the process use the tool you want.

But I am a M365 girl, so I have lessons on how to use Microsoft to improve business processes. I don't teach other apps.

I tired group coaching and Q&A calls but so far those have not been well attended. Might need to refine that idea or maybe ditch it, depends on the audience.

And lastly, I add in some productivity advice such as the weekly reflection call I host to help people set aside time to look for what went well, what did not, identify roadblocks, and then plan for next week.

These are all things I help large 100k plus organizations with. But smaller companies need the same help, they just can't afford someone like me on their full time payroll. I think a community can bridge that gap.
