- Walk for 15 minutes each day (any pace, any time of day)
- Get outside and move your body
- Track your steps if that helps you stay consistent
- Or any other walking habit that fits your life
Environment Challenge - one small daily action:
- Make your bed every morning
- Clean one thing before bed (dishes, counter, whatever)
- Clear your workspace at end of day
- Or any other simple environment habit that fits your life
