I've been spending a lot of time looking at communities through a new member's eyes lately, and it's made me realize something...
Most of us can explain what our community is about.
Most of us can explain what's inside the classroom.
Most of us can explain what members should click.
But what should a brand-new member actually accomplish in their first week?
Could they tell you?
More importantly... could they tell themselves?
On Monday, I'm kicking off The First Win Challenge inside Your Skool Building Bestie, the best community for people building, growing, or improving their own Skool communities.
For 7 days, I'll post one daily prompt to help you look at your community through a new member's eyes and answer one simple question:
