I'm exploring a new model for my flat-fee general counsel service (CounselLab) and would love some feedback.

The idea is simple: instead of one business paying for ongoing legal counsel on its own, a group of similar businesses would share the cost. As the group grows, each member's monthly cost goes down.

The goal is to bring together businesses that tend to face similar legal issues, so everyone benefits from ongoing access to experienced legal counsel while making it much more affordable.

Some examples of groups could include:

Coaches & Consultants
AI Consultants & AI Agencies
SaaS Founders
Content Creators & Influencers
Marketing Agencies
Course Creators
E-commerce Brands
