It usually shows up quietly.
Not in a dramatic failure. Not in a public mistake.
Just a small moment afterward ~ replaying something said, something missed, something not done as well as it “should” have been.
And the inner voice turns sharp.
Disgust.
Embarrassment.
That subtle sense of being behind… again.
Or the opposite happens. Pressure rises and instead of slowing down, everything tightens. Decisions get made quickly. Details get managed. Conversations get monitored. The weight of outcomes feels personal.
Because letting go feels risky.
Because not knowing feels exposed.
Because resting feels undeserved.
Most women don’t talk about that layer.
The part where faith is strong… but the self-talk is not.
Where Scripture is known… but compassion toward yourself feels foreign.
Where Holy Spirit lives within… but the body still reacts as if everything depends on you.
This Tuesday, Feb 24 at 9:30 am Pacific, we’re gathering inside our Kingdom Identity Network community for our next Heart Healing & Breakthrough Class. We won’t be trying to “fix” behavior.
We’ll follow Holy Spirit into the places where identity and reaction have drifted apart ~ the quiet shame, the constant carrying, the subtle feeling of not being enough ~ and allow Him to realign what is already true.
To soften disgust into compassion.
To shift from feeling incompetent to recognizing you are equipped.
To lay down the need to manage everything and experience surrender without anxiety.
To move through your days feeling cherished instead of evaluated.
These are the kinds of breakthroughs that change tone of voice, pace of decisions, the atmosphere of a home and the way a woman carries her business.
Join us Tuesday.
