Connected through Play has invited me to lead an event for their Summit "Unplug & Play".
I'll be giving tips for how to combine COOKING DINNER time with PLAY WITH THE KIDS time.
Plus, hone your kids cooking skills. All at once. (Maybe once a week.)
I've coached people who want to become vegetarian (or just emphasize veggies more).
And one of my top priorities has been to make the cooking fun.
One of the many traps of trying to change one's established eating routines
is stress, tension, striving for perfection, and other things blotting out the possibility of fun.
So many people quite because of low vibes, because it feels dismal when cooking.
I've always started with one rule: no judging allowed.
And I've added approaches to turning the cooking time into elevated fun time.
Including improvisation.
I can't wait to bring some of the same approaches to this event.
On Saturday Aug 22 at 2:30 Eastern daylight savings time.
It's easy to get too busy to show up. So now's the time to reserve a replay of the event. Then you can watch it afterwards at your convenience.
