Today, Skoolology turns 60 days old. And I'm a little emotional about it. Sixty days ago, I didn't want to create another community teaching people how to get more members. There are already plenty of smart people doing that. I couldn't stop wondering: What makes a community worth joining, participating in... and staying in? So we started observing. Asking better questions. Looking at onboarding, first wins, member journeys, leadership, outcomes, engagement, monetization, and the dozens of small design decisions that shape what members actually experience. And something has become even clearer: There isn't one blueprint for a healthy community. A transformational community shouldn't be designed like a networking community. A support community has different needs than a learning community. And what works beautifully for one leader may be completely wrong for another. That's why inside Skoolology, we're not trying to teach everyone to build the same community. We're learning how to design the right community for the people, purpose, outcomes, and leader behind it. And we're only getting started. This week, a member told me Skoolology had given her the confidence to launch her own community. That touched me deeply. Because that's the kind of progress I hoped this little experiment might create. Not just more knowledge about community building. More confidence to actually build. Today also happens to be the last day to become a Skoolology Founding Member. That chapter closes after today. Not because I'm trying to manufacture urgency. Because at some point, founding has to become founded. 😊 And I want the people who believed in this idea early to have a special place in the story we're building. We have some really good things planned specifically for our Founding Members as Skoolology grows. So if you've been watching from the sidelines, reading the Research Notes, trying the experiments, or quietly thinking... "I want to build my community differently."
