Searching for a free landing pad for noob skool peeps

Who has a free, welcoming community for both men and women show them the skool ropes, quirks, and gets people up to speed? Should post daily and help people get familiar with the quirks and paradigms of skool ( like how to find new communities to join, how to check the calendars, how to be a good community member, how to level up, etc - but NOT a skool group owner yet (and maybe not ever))

I have skool owner only groups, and female only groups to point people to at the moment - and "The code zone" works okay for now, but I'm looking for a "teach me how to skool" for the standard facebook consumer audience.
