Question time… because frankly I have to stop myself from full-on eye-rolling at the amount of crap sauce I see floating around the internet at the moment.

And look, I could keep quiet about it, plenty of people do… but if I’m going to call out the people pumping this stuff out then I’m also going to call out the people falling for it too, because COME ON… what the actual effers is going on sometimes?

You know the type of stuff I’m talking about. The posts proudly announcing things like “make 10K this week using AI this” or “upload your offer to this magical robot strategist and it will tell you exactly what to say and BOOM you’ve made five figures by Friday.”

Slight exaggeration there maybe… but honestly not by much.

And every time I see it I just think…

Are we serious right now?

Because look, let’s clear something up before anyone gets their knickers in a twist.

Making 10K in a week IS possible. Obvs it bloody is. People do it all the time. The possibilities in business are HUGE and I will never be the person telling you what you can’t achieve.

BUT… believing that buying some random AI thing or following a three-step magic formula is suddenly going to make that happen for you?

Wake the F up a little bit please for the love of puppies

Handing over your power and your brain to something that doesn’t know you, doesn’t know where you are in your journey, doesn’t know your audience, your positioning, your offers, your experience, your voice… like WHAT exactly is it supposed to magically understand?

Because the stuff that actually makes those big weeks possible is the unsexy stuff nobody wants to talk about.

Your audience.

Your trust.

Your positioning.

Your reputation.

A message that is CLEAR AS FCK and actually lands with people.

Years of showing up, building something real, being human, saying things that make people think “hallelujah, yes, this person gets it.”

An AI bot is not a magic wand that fixes all that.

And the bit that totes shocks me is the amount of people who are still desperate enough to believe it…

Although if I’m being totally honest (which hello, duh… that’s me Mimi) it also doesn’t shock me, because this happens in every area of life.

Humans LOOOOOOVVVEEEE a shortcut… especially when someone promises the shortcut is EASY, FAST and SHINY AF.

But the truth, the bit nobody really wants to hear, the bit that isn’t sexy enough to sell in a “comment ROBOT below” post…

…is that yes, you’re gonna have to put some work in

And do you know what will ALWAYS stand out in the long run?

Being a fcking HUMAN.

It takes voice

it takes backbone

it takes actually learning how to communicate with other HUMANS instead of outsourcing your brain, your personality and your badassery to a prompt

Now before anyone jumps in with “but Mimi you use AI”…

LIKE HELLO WOOP OBVS I do.

It’s a brilliant tool. I use it for ideas, bouncing thoughts around, expanding on things.

But it is a TOOL.

It is not ME

It is not my voice

It is not my brain, my conversations, my experience, or the messy, brilliant human discussions I have with people every single day.

I don’t coach people with a robot called Robert.

I talk to them. I ask questions. We dig into things. We explore ideas. We test stuff. We figure out what actually fits them and their business.

And then we put it out there into the world.

And yes… sometimes business is frustrating-af. Sometimes it’s boring and slow. Sometimes it feels like you’re shouting into the internet abyss and no-fricken-body is listening.

BUT…

It is absolutely fcking possible.

People build incredible businesses every single day without magic bots promising them 10K by Friday.

They do it by showing up, learning how to communicate, building trust, and actually creating something real.

Which might not be as shiny as the shortcut…

…but it bloody works.
