One thing I learned the hard way as a group owner:
Most people don’t need more motivation.
They need fewer decisions.
When engagement stalls, it’s rarely because members “don’t care.”
It’s usually because they don’t know what to do next — so they do nothing.
The fix isn’t hype or more content. Yuck.
It's orientation:
  • What matters today
  • What can wait
  • What to ignore without guilt
I build around that principle — helping overwhelmed moms reduce decision load so action feels obvious again.
