How I accidentally discovered the fastest way to hit 1,000 Skool members
I've always presented in other communities; it's just something I do.
I never thought of it as a growth strategy - it was... just showing up, sharing something useful, and moving on.
Then one day, my wife - who never looks at my stats - glanced over my shoulder and asked a question I wasn't expecting.
"Why does your community grow every time you do one of those presentations?"
I looked closer. She was right. Every spike in new members lined up with a guest session somewhere.
It wasn't from YouTube, or a post that went semi-viral... It was the presentations.
I'd been sitting on the fastest growth channel in my toolkit and hadn't even noticed..!?
That realisation is what built the strategy I now call The Roadshow Method.
