HAPPY NEW YEAR - 2026

As we cross the threshold into 2026, I want to offer you something deeper than a resolution.

I want to offer you a remembering.

That your body is not a machine to optimize. That your worth is not measured in output.

That healing is not linear, and growth is not a race.

If your nervous system is still wearing sweatpants and asking, “Wait, we’re doing this again?” You’re not alone. Let’s skip the pressure-cooker resolutions and go for something more sustainable.

Like micro-rituals. Like metaphor. Like remembering that your body is not a productivity app.

So, here’s to:

• The mitochondria that carried us through 2025 on fumes and fermented snacks

• The dopamine that’s ready to be gently coaxed, not yanked

• The community that makes healing feel like a group project with snacks and memes

This year, we’re not chasing perfection. We’re choosing presence.

We’re tending to our nervous systems, our stories, and our shared humanity.

Whether you’re arriving with clarity or confusion, momentum or fatigue,

you belong here. There is room for your pace, your process, your presence.

To kick off the year, I invite you to write a letter to your 13-year-old self.

Where were you then?

What have you carried?

What have you overcome, created, become?

May this year meet you with gentleness.

May your body feel safe to dream again.

And may we continue to grow, together, in wisdom, wonder, and connection.
