Looking to build out my brand there is a few main questions I am asking myself...
What I'm Looking For When Building Your Dream Avatar
Most of you are building offers without knowing who you're actually selling to. Here's what changes when you nail your avatar work.
The Core Framework
When I'm helping someone build out their dream avatar, or mine I'm looking for clarity on these components:
Product fundamentals - What you're selling needs to be crystal clear. Not just the name, but what it actually does and how people use it. If you can't explain this in under 100 words, your messaging will be scattered.
The pressing problem - This is where most people go too broad. Your avatar needs a specific, painful problem they're actively trying to solve. Not "wants to make more money" but "spending 60+ hours per week in their business with nothing to show for it."
Target market specificity - Demographics matter, but psychographics matter more. I want to know who they are, what they believe, and what's currently stopping them from getting results.
The Unique Mechanism
This is the piece that separates amateur offers from professional ones. Your unique mechanism is the specific process, framework, or methodology that makes your solution different.
It's not enough to sell "business coaching." You need the "3-Step Client Acquisition System" or the "Revenue Acceleration Framework" - something proprietary that positions you as the only logical choice.
Social Proof That Actually Matters
Reviews and testimonials are baseline. What I'm looking for is featured placements, case study results, and authority figure endorsements. These are the elements that remove skepticism and build trust with cold traffic.
The Transformation Statement
Your avatar needs to know exactly where they are now and where they'll be after working with you. This one-sentence transformation should make the desired outcome so clear that all objections become irrelevant.
When you have all these components documented, your marketing becomes effortless. Your ad copy writes itself. Your sales conversations close faster. Your funnels convert higher.
This isn't about creating a fictional character. It's about understanding the real person who will exchange money for your solution - and speaking directly to what matters most to them.
Also positive note:
My " tester payment " might come through tomorrow. So meanwhile I am stressing over if the 23k will come in. High chance this week it will.
I have 3.3k loading added also to a 9.4k so that will go south of 13k now.
Another 5k policy to also update,
Sent away a 4.8k policy to secure.
So we have south of 50k promised... sitting on 41k so far.
91k potential and we have 2 weeks left. It is looking ok.
