One thing that's become really important to me as I build my Skool community is creating space for conversations, not just content.
Every week, my Premium and VIP members meet in what I callย ๐ง๐ต๐ฒ ๐๐ผ๐ป๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐ฅ๐ผ๐ผ๐บ.ย It's not another training or workshop. It's a place to connect as humans, go deeper on the month's topic, ask questions, receive coaching, and learn from each other's experiences.
My community isn't always super engaged in the community tab, and I've decided that's ok. We do come together regularly for live calls and build real relationships. That's my favorite kind of engagement. I'm not trying to create busy work for anyone, but I am working to create something real and transformational.
I'm curious how other community owners approach this.
Do you have a regular conversation space that's less about teaching and more about helping members integrate what they're learning? What has worked well for you?
