Confession:
After 30 years as an educator, I thought building an engaged online community would be easier than it has been.
I've built classrooms.
Created curriculum.
Led teams.
Designed learning environments.
But online communities have taught me a few humbling lessons.
My husband and I recently started Skoolology, a learning lab where we study what is actually working inside Skool communities.
Not what people say works.
What evidence suggests works.
