Being You Again 🤗

I felt invisible, like I had vanished amidst the needs of everyone else. My needs didn’t seem to matter. I was Mom, Wife, Daughter, but no longer Stephanie. And it wasn’t anyone’s fault. I just forgot to choose ME.

Soulfully Authentic was born from the need to ‘see’ Me again, to ‘be’ Me again and to invite other women to do the same. In a safe, loving space.

So, what do we do in this community? We share, we love, we grow and we laugh together. Because life is too short to live in the shadows and it’s too precious to live with your light dimmed down.
