I see so many brilliant women who will:
• spend 45 minutes tweaking a post
• scroll “for inspiration” until they’re exhausted
• say yes to one more thing for their business
…but won’t give themselves 𝟏𝟎 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐬 to breathe, stretch, or soften their body.
Not because they don’t believe in wellbeing.
