This will be a gentle, grounding, camera-off experience designed to help you settle your nervous system, melt tension, and reconnect to your body at the end of the day. What to expect: ✨ A soothing mini drop-in + mindful movement ✨ Guided rhythmic breathing for regulation ✨ Light meditation to calm your mind ✨ Space to integrate and come back to your body Beginner-friendly.
