This will be a gentle, grounding, camera-off experience designed to help you settle your nervous system, melt tension, and reconnect to your body at the end of the day. What to expect: ✨ A soothing mini drop-in + mindful movement ✨ Guided rhythmic breathing for regulation ✨ Light meditation to calm your mind ✨ Space to integrate and come back to your body Beginner-friendly. Love that so much! Not the anxiety part, but the self-experimenting 🫶😭 Its in those moments where we pause and realize we have a choice in how we respond. Box breathing for sure - or even a little bunny breath: 3 quick sniffs in through the nose Sniff - sniff - sniff 1 long blowing exhale through the mouth. Try a few rounds. This rhythm mimics the crying stress response but self-sooths immediately with the long exhale. Give it a try and let me know what you think ✨️ You're doing great 👍

Hows the self-kindness and less caffeine going? Take a breath with me 🙃 Slowly inhalelow through your nose… Exhale out your mouth with a little sigh. Now roll your shoulders back, stretch your arms overhead, and just feel yourself land in your body with ease 🫶 Ask yourself: ✨ What does my body need more of right now.... movement, stillness, or rest? Listen to the body cues to guide you forward.. lemme know how youre feeling
