Thank you 😁 UPDATE Got stitched up. The hearing was for the defendant’s strike out of my claim which I didn’t know anything about until Monday. I thought the hearing was for my claim. My application to strike out their defence was dismissed on paper on 5 November and I’ve never received the order and somehow the judge had all their papers but not my bundle that was hand delivered to the court so surprise surprise- I lost! I only received certificates of service for their strike out on Monday from supposedly serving their bundle on 31 October and the form number was wrong. Solicitor said they’d been served by 2 emails on 31/10 and I got one of them. Why send the certificates of service so long after?? No mention of a second email then she said the attachment must have been too big for one email but the missing one which had the N244 application and WS was only 6MB. The judge looked very uncomfortable as if he didn’t want to be there. I really think he’d been got at because there’s so many data breach cases going through now. Now owe costs of just over £3k! On a good note the judge did say that he didn’t think my claim was an abuse of process. Lol.

Lucky me, I have PRA Grp after me for my Lloyds CC, I also have Wescott and Moorcroft for 2 others. My partner went to court 3 weeks ago with PRA but they never showed even though they were the claimant and had done everything as if they would. Need to follow up next steps to get rid of them for good and credit score set straight. Just wondered if you know why Llloyds are saying it is sold to PRA Grp Portfolios but they are instructing PRA Grp to manage the account, what is the reasoning?? Last time PRA switched to PRA Portfolios midway and were trying to pass that paperwork off as the deed in their bundle.

I've been paying Scottish Power with Bills of Exchange since July 2024.I've had various third party interlopers ring. message and write, but ignoring them seemed to work. Wilkin Chapman Rollits took over. I had a visit from Engage, I told her I didn't wish to engage, she put a letter through the door, it went on the pile. Letter arrived issued 14/11/25, Civil National Business Centre, claimant Scottish Power, address for sending documents and money, Wilkin Chapman Rollits. Would a DSAR to each slow the momentum? Is it advisable to fill in the form from CNBC? I know I need to stand up and fight, for my children and grandchildren and for a better world. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you. Hi, I have had the requested DSAR returned from cabot, there are a lot of pages in this bundle but i am looking for the deed of assignment and maybe they have forgotten to send this.I assume the deed of assignment is an official document from a court with a stamp. do i need to re request this from cabot. on my initial request i was specific on this document. and are there any others i need to ask for?

Ive served them thee SARs with Equity and letter before claim - no response. How do I now take them to Chancery court - Im in N Ireland and what are the fees thanks
