PRA Grp Portfolios instructing PRA Grp??

Lucky me, I have PRA Grp after me for my Lloyds CC, I also have Wescott and Moorcroft for 2 others. My partner went to court 3 weeks ago with PRA but they never showed even though they were the claimant and had done everything as if they would. Need to follow up next steps to get rid of them for good and credit score set straight.

Just wondered if you know why Llloyds are saying it is sold to PRA Grp Portfolios but they are instructing PRA Grp to manage the account, what is the reasoning?? Last time PRA switched to PRA Portfolios midway and were trying to pass that paperwork off as the deed in their bundle.
