Hi good news I’ve been to the county court this morning and I was the only one that turned up DCBL could not be bothered to show and the judge has set aside the CCJ as I had a very good case to argue she said that she would list it for a trial and inform DCBL and see if they would like to pursue the matter any further and if so do I have a good defence I said yes cheers
