Neil Conway 1:59pm Hi good news I’ve been to the county court this morning and I was the only one that turned up DCBL could not be bothered to show and the judge has set aside the CCJ as I had a very good case to argue she said that she would list it for a trial and inform DCBL and see if they would like to pursue the matter any further and if so do I have a good defence I said yes cheers

Hi just checking in with you my court case has been withdrawn from court claim number m4kf2f16 they entered an N279 of discontinuance and the court has now sent me a letter saying it has been referred to a district judge who has stated that I need to make an application onN244 to seek an amended defence/counterclaim. What is the best way forward

Hi I’ve got a problem with direct collection bailiff ltd they say they are going to take me to court over a parking fine which I refuse to pay they cold called me and asked for my data I refused and they hung up now I have received a thing from Nottingham business centre about putting a ccj on my file on the paperwork is a box to object to it how should I respond?
