Marstons on Companies House?
I just wanted to check the status of Marstons Holdings Ltd (as we got a letter requesting money). On companies house it seems that Marstons Holdings is under Scott & Co (Scotland) LLP? There are no directors listed. I'm a bit confused as I thought that there had to be a director or designated person listed? Can someone help me here? Is Marstons legally allowed to demand payments as a DCA while not listing people on Companies House? Thanks...
