Is anyone free to support me at Preston County Court at 10:30 tomorrow please? My usual cohort unable to come and it would be handy to have a witness to the proceedings. TIA UPDATE Got stitched up. The hearing was for the defendant’s strike out of my claim which I didn’t know anything about until Monday. I thought the hearing was for my claim. My application to strike out their defence was dismissed on paper on 5 November and I’ve never received the order and somehow the judge had all their papers but not my bundle that was hand delivered to the court so surprise surprise- I lost! I only received certificates of service for their strike out on Monday from supposedly serving their bundle on 31 October and the form number was wrong. Solicitor said they’d been served by 2 emails on 31/10 and I got one of them. Why send the certificates of service so long after?? No mention of a second email then she said the attachment must have been too big for one email but the missing one which had the N244 application and WS was only 6MB. The judge looked very uncomfortable as if he didn’t want to be there. I really think he’d been got at because there’s so many data breach cases going through now. Now owe costs of just over £3k! On a good note the judge did say that he didn’t think my claim was an abuse of process. Lol.

Tomorrow (Tuesday 2nd Dec) we have our Affiliate Marketing session, this will be on for 30 minutes, but be great for anyone wanting to move forward with a sovereign enterprise. Thursday will be our normal PGM at 7.30pm, i will be going over some research regarding the small claims track CPR27 issues i have covered recently, and HOW to still fight your corner if you are in the small claims track and how to handle judges "Discretion" PLUS, i screen shot all of the spies comments last week, obfuscation for sure, but clarity is vital, so i will be covering the comments that were made, should be very interesting, hopw to see you there, links in the calendar section for all meetings

Yes, my complaint is exactly 3 years old today!! And it just keeps on getting worse and worse. They eventually capitulated and sent a SAR response (still under review as I can't read most of it) and as I never speak to them on the phone, I was intrigued to see that there was a phone recording in September 2025. To my horror, it's NOT my Dad (the vulnerable 89 year old customer) but someone pretending to be him! It's the person who is my safeguarding suspicion!! The tw*t manipulating my Dad! I could go on but I'm probably at the point where I'll either spontaneously combust or just go sit in a corner going ga ga ga ga and drooling ................
