Kind of Win Against DCA as My Claim is Accepted in CC for GDPR Breach
Hi all, I had a hearing last week against a DCA to decide whether my case will be accepted. The DCA solicitor intended to apply for complete strike out my claim as non meritorious and asking for cost of nearly £1000. I contested against them in front of the judge and judge sided with me stating that my claim does have merit for breach of GDPR and rejected there cost. As I filed N1 almost one year ago and that time the knowledge shared here was not as polished as it is now, therefore judge ordered me to file revised particular of claim in 14 days and rejected DCA defence as well and ordered them to file the defence again. I’ll try to send the details to and see if he can help in drafting revised POC.
