My goal is to learn more about the chatgpt I have been using now for months. I would like to figure out how to possibly extract all my important information out and possibly export to another AI? That way I don't have to retrain another AI on all my details. I also was paying for the chatgpt, now I'm not able to afford it, and now it's saying its memory is full? And it's started going back to the default stuff and not following the rules I made concerning em dashes etc. I'm just a total newbie really and have so many questions about it. I apologize if this sounds stupid 😂...
