Huge knowledge base solution

I have a huge knowledge centre to build a chatbot for the company. I wanna use Botpress for its workflow and train the bot on another framework to get unlimited storage and link it back to Botpress. What if I train chatgpt on a specific chat and link it back to botpress? is this doable or use langchain? I am still looking into it and hope to get some ideas. Any sugesstion is appreciate.
