Chatbase vs Tidio

So after reading and experiencing the same issues as others have been reporting with Chatbase, I did a little research today using Google Bard. I put together this side-by-side comparison of Chatbase and Tidio (which was ranked the best Chatbot builder). I would like some input from those who have used Tidio to build chatbots specifically.
