Intro

Hey everyone!

I've not introduced myself here yet so thought I'd say a quick hello.

I've been running my AI agency properly for around 3 months now. So far I've completed a $5k build which I did for free to get experience (best decision I've made so far). I then landed my first paying client in December which was a $2k build for an e-commerce brand and that project should be finished early next week. That client is now looking at further automations as we've built a full CRM infrastructure for him so its really modular for adding additional functionality.

I've got another e-com prospect I'm hoping to close this month who has 5 businesses (3 gym locations, a gym clothing brand and a supplement company). As these businesses are all similar in the sense that gym-goers need supps and gym clothes, I've proposed centralizing everything and cross-selling to link his customer base.

I've also started posting content on socials and we're now ramping that up. Gonna start posting long form on YouTube in the next few days.
