Wrapping up a client project this week. Here is a quick overview: The client asked for a solution which automates his stores follow up sequences. His stores and orders data was living inside of Google Sheets and Excel. I proposed migrating everything over to Airtable and having that as the frontend UI for the n8n automation on the backend. Airtable for those of you who haven't used it is extremely modular and very convenient for integrating with n8n automations. Tomorrow we'll be looking to complete the data transfer into Airtable, then Tuesday I'll be putting it through a final stress test before handover later in the week. The client is now looking into further automations for accounting and stock monitoring - all of which can just be bolted onto the existing Airtable infrastructure we've already built out.

Hey team First long form boxed off yesterday and posted. Aiming to post one every day for the next 9 days in what is going to be a 10-part n8n masterclass series taking the viewer from having never stepped foot inside n8n, by the end they'll have built a $5,000 agentic RAG system. Also working on a Claude code masterclass where I'll be covering everything from installing Claude Code, PRD's, infrastructure, databases, deployment and much more. Would appreciate some feedback on the first ~60 seconds, as that's where the time went into editing. Hope everyone is set for a productive week!

Hey everyone! I've not introduced myself here yet so thought I'd say a quick hello. I've been running my AI agency properly for around 3 months now. So far I've completed a $5k build which I did for free to get experience (best decision I've made so far). I then landed my first paying client in December which was a $2k build for an e-commerce brand and that project should be finished early next week. That client is now looking at further automations as we've built a full CRM infrastructure for him so its really modular for adding additional functionality. I've got another e-com prospect I'm hoping to close this month who has 5 businesses (3 gym locations, a gym clothing brand and a supplement company). As these businesses are all similar in the sense that gym-goers need supps and gym clothes, I've proposed centralizing everything and cross-selling to link his customer base. I've also started posting content on socials and we're now ramping that up. Gonna start posting long form on YouTube in the next few days.
