🎉 Happy 4th of July!
Our 2pm EST premium member call is still going down today, feel free to join if you have time, but.... FREEDOM BABY, that's the name of the game here in the USA & what a wonderful day we're having here on the east coast. Hot as heck almost 100 degrees like yesterday, but nonetheless grateful. Hope you're having a great day wherever you're at in the world. Feel free to check the calendar for the zoom link if you want to join us and nerd out over Claude & Business Systems.

🎥 Claude Code Just Killed Apollo & Clay (Cheap Lead Gen)
Build a lead generation system using Claude code for just 80 cents per 100 leads! Stop overpaying for expensive prospecting tools. If you rely on platforms like Apollo or Clay, you are likely spending over $100 a month on subscriptions. This tutorial demonstrates how to build a lead generation system directly inside Claude code. You will learn to generate verified business leads without the monthly overhead required by traditional SaaS providers. This workflow is designed for anyone needing affordable outreach data. By moving your process to Claude code, you retain full control over your data sourcing while cutting costs significantly. I walk through the complete setup process, showing exactly how to replicate these results yourself.

🏦 📆 Make $500/Video Using RE Walkthrough Pro
I'm hosting a live training July 11th in a couple of Saturdays! The first series in our 6-Figure Hustle program, the Claude Estate Series. Register Here: https://charlieautomates.com/claude-estate-register/ We're going to walk through how you can use my proprietary Claude System to generate Cinematic Home Tours for Agents, Golf Course Owners, & Airbnb hosts. And the craziest part, have them pay you $500 a video that only takes you 15 minutes MAX. We'll cover: - The Video Generating System - How to Pick & Source Leads - Market to Them - And Close $500+ Deals All covered in this webinar: https://charlieautomates.com/claude-estate-register/ Be sure to register and add it to your Calendar. Biggest bottleneck I see from all your input here guys, is choice paralysis on an offer, half built apps, and no lead gen in place whatsoever. This will be a perfect place for you to start if you are NOT currently running a business or generating cashflow with your AI/Claude tools yet.

Question about the .claude folder structure
Hey Charlie — I'm setting up the four base-folder workspace from the lesson and hit some confusion about where the .claude subfolders (agents, commands, hooks, output-styles, plugins, skills) are supposed to live. I discovered I actually have two .claude folders: 1. A global one in my home directory (C:\Users\PC\.claude) — this already has agents, commands, hooks, plugins, and skills folders, and it's where all my installed plugins/skills actually live. 2. A project one inside my workspace (.../vibe coding/.claude) — this one is empty. My VS Code explorer only shows the project folder, so I couldn't see any of my installed plugins at first and thought something was broken — turns out they were just in the global folder one level up. My question: When you say to build the .claude/ structure with a you mean the global .claude (applies to every project) or aper-project .claude inside each workspace? And should I be creating those subfolders in both, or just one? Trying to make sure I set up the workspace the way you intend before I start building. Follow-up: Would the goal be to move my global .claude out of the root/home directory and repoint Claude to work from my workspace folder instead — so everything lives in one place I can actually see in my explorer? Or is having the global one separate from the project one actually the intended setup? Thanks!

That's a great question, it's enough to have everything in the project folder and leave everything in your global folder tbh. I just like to have some files from global duplicated inside my project for reference and review (visually speaking). Does that answer your question? It's okay if things live in global outside of your visual project folders inside of VS Code.

@Erik Isbrandt No you don't need to! I just like to see them visually sometimes especially when I showcase them on Social Media or here in Skool. You don't need to see them visually, it's just my preference, and will actually just lead to more maintenance if you can't verbalize an actual reason to do it. Does that make sense?
Questions
Hey Charlie! Two questions came up while I was building out my commands and hooks in Module 3. 1. Where should a raw brainstorming or business idea project live? I have Projects, Workflows, Apps and Websites folders. When something is still just an idea I want to think through, not a real build yet, where should it go so it does not clutter the real projects? Does it go into Projects from day one, or somewhere separate until it graduates into something real? 2. Cold DM workflow and the Chrome permission prompt. I built a cold DM generator workflow that uses Claude in Chrome. Every time it runs, the extension asks for permission again to access my Facebook, which is not ideal. I know the usual answer is to set a site level permission for the site in the Claude Chrome extension. The problem is that I cannot do that. There is no option in the extension on my end to grant a persistent site level access, so I cannot set it up no matter what. I am attaching a screenshot so you can see what I mean. So this one is past the standard fix and needs an expert. Is there another way to stop it from asking on every run, or a workaround at the extension or workflow level? Thanks! Dávid

Also great question today, yes they should live in projects folder, and go to apps when you're ready to initialize the build with PAUL. I run Claude through VS Code, with bypass permissions on every session, so my claude in chrome always runs without asking for permissions. Looks like you're running it in the desktop app, which is partially the problem. I would run Claude Code through VS code and ask it in the terminal or Claude Chat in VS Code, how can we bypass these restrictions every time I run the DM Workflow. Have you asked Claude yet how to circumvent this?
