In this video, I walk through how I use Claude Code and the Get Shit Done context engineering workflow to plan, build, troubleshoot, and deploy a working SaaS style app from inside VS Code. You will see the phased build process, Supabase setup, magic link authentication, AI powered task features, and how I push the project to GitHub and deploy it on Vercel, with real checkpoints so you can follow along and replicate the system.

Love this! I had trouble with Vercel. I host a VPS in Hostinger and Coolify helped me out a lot. And I can’t say enough about GSD!

Switching it Up
Ok so. I’m embracing the new way of doing things with AI. So my dilemma is I have several Wordpress sites I want to make more robust. Tons of plugins give me the functionality I need. Plus, I use webhooks and N8N for some dynamic data. Anybody have an opinion on how to use AI to enhance (or replace) these old websites? I’m a graphic designer by trade so the UI is extremely imortant.

Yes, the site that I’m talking about has a bunch of professionals with their own profiles that include their services, products, pricing, practice information and tons of biographical and documents available for download. (per profile.) including a calendar and scheduling functionality per profile. I was just about to implement a site-wide chat that could list out the “best-fit” from all the profiles. I’ll feed the existing site into Claude and also my proposed changes and see what it comes up with. Thanks for the guidance!

Getting Ready for 2026!
I’d love to know what people want to implement in their businesses for next year. Where do you see a need? With the AI realm moving so fast it’s hard to keep up (it’s probably my age showing.) I’m finding new ways to use AI and to be more productive than ever and I love to share and exchange knowledge.
