Assignment 5: Stop Guessing. Start Winning.
Biggest Takeaway: Success isn’t random — it’s built on systems. Clear systems create sustainability. If I want consistent results, I need structured processes, not motivation. Waiting for the perfect time is just delay. Taking action and building repeatable systems is what actually moves the needle. Biggest Challenge: I haven’t clearly identified my biggest bottleneck yet. Running ads without a defined plan leads to missed opportunities. I need to diagnose the real problem first and then take focused, intentional action.

@Lauren R thank you so much.
Assignment 4: Profit isn’t found — it’s created.
Biggest Takeaway: Sales is clarity. Good enrollment is not convincing; it’s clearly communicating value and deeply listening. When both sides feel understood, trust increases and decisions become easier. It’s my responsibility to communicate my value with confidence and guide prospects toward the best decision for them. Biggest Challenge: Fully believing in what I’m selling and owning the value I provide.

Assignment 3: The Income Illusion:
Biggest Takeaway: The biggest shift for me was realizing the ā€œincome illusion.ā€ It’s never too late to pursue what I actually want. I’ve been operating from survival mode, but I need to move into thriving mode. My income is not controlled by an employer — it’s controlled by my decisions. Every action I take (or avoid) directly impacts my bank account. I deserve success without having to suffer for it. Biggest Concern: My biggest concern is fear of failure and falling back into trading time for money. I don’t want to build something that still traps me in the same cycle I’m trying to escape.

Assignment 2: Why Most PT's Fail Before They Start
Biggest Takeaway: Cash patients invest in clarity and trust. When you understand their problem and communicate the solution with confidence, price becomes secondary. I’ve also learned that imperfect action creates momentum — waiting for perfect only delays growth. Biggest Challenge: My priority now is eliminating hesitation and executing consistently. That means building reliable patient acquisition systems, strengthening my business skill set, and operating like the CEO of my practice — not just the clinician.

@Max Zirbel Thank you — I’m really embracing that shift. Stepping into the CEO role has already challenged how I think and operate, and I’m committed to building the discipline, systems, and consistency it requires. Excited to keep executing and grow into the kind of practice owner my patients — and future self — can rely on.
