How many of you have ever felt like you’re not ready yet to share what you know?
Like… “I need more experience.” “I should wait until I know more.” “I’m not far enough ahead yet.” Meanwhile, there are people out there stuck exactly where you were a few years ago — making the same mistakes, asking the same questions you already worked through. So here’s what I’m curious about: Do you think people actually pay for perfect knowledge… or for experience from someone who’s been there and made it through? Another one to think about: How many steps ahead do you think you really need to be before you can help someone else? Would love to hear how you’ve thought about this...

Merry Christmas, you filthy animals!!!
For those of you in the US, I know Christmas is officially tomorrow, but in Colombia, we celebrate on the 24th, so today is the big day for us. I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you for being part of this community. For the conversations, the support, and the commitment to building something meaningful (not just in business, but in life.) I hope today gives you a chance to slow down, be present with the people you love, and reflect on how far you’ve come this year. Enjoy the day, recharge, and we’ll be right here when you’re ready to get back to building. Wishing you and your families a very Merry Christmas.
Merry Christmas, you filthy animals!!!

Daniel, what will happen in 2026 to the career coaching industry?
I get asked this a lot. And the truth is, 2026 is going to be a big year for career coaches. The industry is changing, and if you’re not ready, you might be left behind. Here’s what’s coming: 1. Personal branding will be more important than ever: With AI becoming a bigger part of the job market, standing out will come down to how well you’ve built your personal brand. People don’t connect with algorithms; they connect with people. 2. Building community and accountability will be essential: Strategy alone won’t cut it. You need to build a community that supports each other, and create accountability systems that push clients to take action and get results. 3. Understanding your clients’ successes and failures is a game changer: Look at your most successful clients and your struggling ones. What are the patterns? What works, and what doesn’t? Use those insights to refine your coaching programs and double down on what gets results. The landscape is shifting fast, and now’s the time to prepare. I want to hear from you. What are you doing right now to prepare for 2026?
