Hi warriors,
I hope you‘re doing great! Yesterday I‘ve begun the testing period for my new training meso cycle.
Focusing on the skills: full planche and frontlever.
As it is for now I can hold a shitty straddle planche for 2-3 seconds and can do 4-6 frontlever presses.
This meso cycle will officially start january and go on for three months. It will also include deloads to prevent injury and overuse of structures.
