Reflection
Wins: I've been working a lot lately on improving the quality of meal plans people are getting and making sure that I am checking on everybody constantly so that nobody feels like they are lost. I've doubled down on meal plans and working with everyone and explaining to them their macros in depth and helping them create and easy to follow plan for their food. Based off what I have learned is that with the original plans was that people still ate freely and off plan. There's no more guessing, just straight results. I've received some of the content from last weeks video shoot, that is coming very soon to the Skool Classroom... I'll also be filming way more information and educational videos this Friday. Struggles: Trainerize is having issues for new members, its not allowing people to download it directly from the app store so that has definitely slowed things down. The owner of the facility is working on that with corporate so that there are no future issues. Next Moves: Build out a beginners program, full body and ppl to have in addition to the one I'm filming this Friday afternoon. I want to have my personal programs on Skool to upload and Sell as an add on. My goal is to perfect this and then start running ads and making content to get more people on here and provide the right kind of help with free content. Eventually I'd like to include memberships with paid access to content as well. Growing one step at a time 💪

I’m happy I got a little bit of cardio in during the day between errands and school work. Little less than two miles, but still did it!

Cardio & reflection
Win: Dodgers won and I had absolutely wonderful day at work with no distractions. Struggle: Dodgers had me stressed throught my workout and my nail broke mid set so that was lovely. Next move: I'm pretty sure tomorrow will be a stressful day at work but I have meetings and my metrics to focus on these next 2 days.

Understanding emotion
It’s been a while and I’ve been struggling a bit with feeling motivated and being mentally exhausted. Had a much needed therapy session with my therapist and after 37yrs learned that when I become angry and turn up on someone, that emotion is me trying to protect a younger vulnerable version of myself that hasn’t healed.
