Win: Dodgers won and I had absolutely wonderful day at work with no distractions. Struggle: Dodgers had me stressed throught my workout and my nail broke mid set so that was lovely. Next move: I'm pretty sure tomorrow will be a stressful day at work but I have meetings and my metrics to focus on these next 2 days.

Rest day
Win: Today was my reset day. I ran some errands after work and allowed myself to really rest once I got home. I don't do this often so it was very much deserved. Struggle: I haven't been feeling well and despite knowing that I continue to push myself as if I'm 100%. Next move: Giving myself grace.

Win: I've made A LOT of progress with my eating habits and it makes me extremely happy because I struggled heavily with finishing my meals or flat out skipping meals. I get very bored of food quickly so changing out my protein frequently has helped me stay on track. Struggle: I have a lot of laundry to fold and I do not want to do it but this is a good time to listen to a podcast and fold before bed Next move: I need to keep myself occupied this weekend so I'm trying to make plans that I cant go back on. Fortunately, I have Saturday all taken care of but Friday sounds like it might be a good selfcare day 🀞🏽 BTW: I made it to 24 mins my treadmill stopped randomly at 6 mins 🫣 i promise

Reflection
Win : yesterdays new leg day B we’re doing now was πŸ”₯. I struggled w feeling my glutes when doing Bulgarian squats at first I was feeling it a lot in my quads , but I focused and up the weight and I improved my mind to muscle for sure , felt it in my glutes 🀧 Struggle : need to get better at packing my meals this week it was hard . having to figure out what I was gonna eat when I’m already busy was not it πŸ’€ Next move : kill my next gym sesh πŸ™‚β€β†•οΈ, and keep up w my protein and overall consistency.

I used to struggle with feelings most leg workouts in my quads what helped me is pushing my πŸ‘ out. The dumbell are the groceries in your hands and you need to close the car door with your booty.

Win: finished my work week and I made new friends last weekend and they invited me out again this weekend 🀭 Struggle: time management- even though I don't feel like I've been terrible at managing my priorities i could definitely be more disciplined Next move: putting in some ot today and need to clean my apartment before I go out this weekend
