I’m happy I got a little bit of cardio in during the day between errands and school work. Little less than two miles, but still did it!

Win: I've made A LOT of progress with my eating habits and it makes me extremely happy because I struggled heavily with finishing my meals or flat out skipping meals. I get very bored of food quickly so changing out my protein frequently has helped me stay on track. Struggle: I have a lot of laundry to fold and I do not want to do it but this is a good time to listen to a podcast and fold before bed Next move: I need to keep myself occupied this weekend so I'm trying to make plans that I cant go back on. Fortunately, I have Saturday all taken care of but Friday sounds like it might be a good selfcare day 🤞🏽 BTW: I made it to 24 mins my treadmill stopped randomly at 6 mins 🫣 i promise

Jogged about 2 miles for the first time in months! Proud of myself for doing some cardio, after I went to breakfast this morning. Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend! ✨

Win : I cut off some time on my mile time 😜! In 5 weeks I went from a 18min mile to a 14 🤧 I’m getting better and have the endurance to do more than one mile Struggle : because of my schedule , I do a lot of night workouts and runs but I love morning workouts however today I didn’t eat before training w brandon today and I had no fuel to push me and I felt so weak 🤧 Next move : continue to stay consistent and eat good . I want to hit 5 miles by the end of this month 😩 that’s my goal 🫶🏼 Also did my 24 min of cardio : it was a night run I struggled today but I cut off my mile time so I’m taking the win 😭

Morning! My brain wanted me to stay in bed so bad today, but took action and got it done. Did not want to break my streak of waking up before 5AM and getting my jog/walk in. Hope everyone is off to a great start.
