Win: I've made A LOT of progress with my eating habits and it makes me extremely happy because I struggled heavily with finishing my meals or flat out skipping meals. I get very bored of food quickly so changing out my protein frequently has helped me stay on track. Struggle: I have a lot of laundry to fold and I do not want to do it but this is a good time to listen to a podcast and fold before bed Next move: I need to keep myself occupied this weekend so I'm trying to make plans that I cant go back on. Fortunately, I have Saturday all taken care of but Friday sounds like it might be a good selfcare day 🤞🏽 BTW: I made it to 24 mins my treadmill stopped randomly at 6 mins 🫣 i promise
