Introduction
Hello everyone, I'm Arian and I'm 24. I'm an Occupational health and safety engineer from Iran and live in Tehran. I enjoy listening to music and study foreign languages as a hobby.
I have had chronic pain for more than 6 years now. I found out about my scoliosis when I was 17, doctors declared any treatment after puberty won't work and advised me to start training to maintain the formation as it was. They didn't suggest any excersies at all (I think they lack the knowledge). Due to lack of trainers and some other stuff (relating to the country's situation) I Didn't exercise often.
After I turned 22 I felt some pain in my pelvic area and started my research about it. I realised my right side pelvis has turned upwards and simultaneously rotated outwards (to my front). Therefore my knee started to bend inwards a bit and my ankle rotated outwards a bit and this also added to the pain.
To add to this, the scoliosis in my lower back caused my upper part of the spine to rotate the other way to keep the "S" in track and this lead to unbalanced shoulders (my right shoulder is lower and a bit bent inwards).
This chronic pain is starting to get out of control. Due to the pain I can't fall asleep properly, can't walk or stand for too long and also can't stand upright.
Sorry to write this long but I wished to explain the matter completely.
