After a long stint of travel focused on good eating and activity, I am reminded once again why we are working on building this community. This isn't a place to gather more information primarily... It's not a place to just sit on the sideline and watch. Getting healthy will always mean taking action. I want this to be a community of people taking whatever steps they can take at any given moment to work on being healthy and getting healthier. This means we are going to build a group of people who want to be active in their pursuit of health, to be free and to be happy. It starts with you. It continues with us. You can absolutely do this.
