Early to bed challenges
I have actually had a hard time getting to bed earlier BUT I have been doing everything that I can to make sure I sleep more deeply.
I’m also keeping a journal next to my bed now where I’m simply writing my bedtime and waking time each day.
How is this weeks habit going for you?
