Progress
The Great Wall of China wasn't built in one day, the Trojan Horse the Greeks built to infiltrate the Trojans wasn't built in one day, it took days, weeks, months, years. And while it may not look like it, every workout, every run, is progress. Maybe your YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc, isn't growing as fast as you'd like, every post is still progress and the only thing you can really do is think of new ideas, see what other people are doing and learning new ways to improve yourself and your output. Patience is a virtue and if you stay with it long enough you'll see it pay off.

Productive days start in the morning
Today has been a very productive morning, and if you win the morning then you can win the day. Won days lead to good streaks where you build your good habits and you build good things. Today I have: Hit arms gym session Ran 5.5km Swam for 30mins Made and uploaded long and short form content. Meditated Journaled Stretched That is majority of my daily habits and goals done, all before noon.
Consistency gets you places
If you aren't good at something but you'd like to be, like playing the guitar, combat sports, everything takes time, and the more reps you put in, the longer you practice for the better you'll get. Sure it will be frustrating but eventually you'll get the hang of it and every day you'll get better until you realize holy shit I am actually really good at this, and it doesn't stop there, so keep improving.
