Stop being hard on yourself!
You work hard, you've proven that. You do what it takes to get the job done. You also care about doing a good job. You rightfully take pride in putting your name on a job done WELL. That's why it's also so easy to be too hard on yourself. You can beat yourself up over not going to the gym or not eating 100% like you said you would. When it's ok to not be 100% at this. It's effort and intent that matters, and as long as you keep applying that, you're doing great. Progress beats perfection every time. Focus on what you can do, plan to work on what's difficult, give yourself some grace and know that the results are coming. Instead of trying to master it all at once, pick one or two things to get better at each week. Weeks 1-2 we talk about working on what was difficult prior, only because I know no one gets started 100% right off the bat in the first 2 weeks, it takes building, planning and some training. LET ME KNOW IF YOU NEED HELP!! I'm here to try to help in everyway I can. Hope this was useful guys. Have a great week!

Workout fundamentals and program planning
Happy Tuesday guys! Hope all is going well! Later this week I’m going to start getting videos into the exercise module. I purposely started with the nutrition to make that the main focus but will be adding the exercise portion soon! Advanced modules will follow after. Much much more content and challenges coming!
