I used my AI take Jason’s fitness plan and mirror it to my specific biometrics, injuries, experience level, goals, and equipment/preferred methods of working out. This was a win for me because it’s the first time in a long time that I took the time to specify all of this versus just winging it and doing basic calisthenics and walks here and there, and actually implementing it into my daily routine. I blocked 90 minutes on my calendar for exercise and I am on track time-wise to sticking to that. My goal will be to bring it as close to 45/60 minutes as possible, but either way I won’t stop training. Tomorrow is D3 for me 💪
